Personal Development

Our culture suggests motherhood is effortless and natural – when in reality becoming a parent is a profound transformation. We're often expected to go it alone, with fewer supports available than in previous generations.

Mothers need support and connection to other moms along the way. Mothers' Center Discussion Groups provide a sense of community, and a place to speak honestly and authentically about the joys and challenges of motherhood.
